Richard SaporitoRichard Saporito, founder of Topserve, has been a restaurant and hotel consultant for over 20 years in many diverse and profitable establishments. Also a noted author and keynote speaker, he has helped hundreds of operations around the world ranging from small independent start-ups to large scale corporate operations.

Richard is a revenue enhancement expert for restaurants/hotels facilitating both management and staff to work together in an organized manner, but also have fun together as a unit. 

In the last few years, he has traveled to different parts of the world (most recently Europe and Asia) where he has shared his expertise with restaurant and hotel owners/operators, managers and dining room service staffs.
