The best thing to do is for example: if you live in California and there is a company in Texas, but the equipment from that company because you will more than likely not have to pay for the sales tax on the pieces you are buying from them. But, just because the company is located in another state, pay close attention to where the item is actually being shipped from.

The best thing to do is call the factory or the restaurant supply company you are buying the equipment from and ask to know who is factory authorized to work on the items in your area.
